The General Directorate of Water Agency Mouhoun has organized from 10 to 14 August 2015, in Dédougou, a training session on the Results Based Management (RBM).

This training aimed to equip all staff and especially new agents assigned with this modern management tool of the activities what RBM.

Indeed modern management requires that we wore our gaze beyond the activities and outputs and that we were moving our attention to actual results, changes provoked by our programming and to which it contributed. By clearly defining the expected results, by regularly collecting data to assess progress towards these results and taking corrective action in time, we can better manage.

Results-based management (RBM) is a tool used to improve the efficiency and practices relating to accountability for projects and organizations, focusing on concrete results achieved and realistic. The RBM principles are applied throughout the life cycle of a project or program (from planning to monitoring and evaluation).

This training GAR of the MEA staff will contribute to increased efficiency of the Agency and especially to ensure a more sustainable impact of the activities of the Agency for the populations and users of the EC Mouhoun.
